Invest alongside VCs
Invest in companies with proven product/market fit (PMF) AND a capable team to execute. These deals also have a signed term sheet by a lead VC. We transfer capital when the round is 80% full.

 Individual Choice
Make your own decision to invest or pass. Our founder invests in all of the companies and every person selects to participate or not. We do not have a minimum investment requirement.

 Distributed Risk
Invest in a wide range of industries and as part of a multi-class LLC. We have a one cap entry, which provides for flexibility within the group without impacting the companies we invest in.
